InCon Marketing Group was formed January 1, 2005 by the merger of DC Marketing and R&J Industrial Sales.  Our goal is to offer complete sales and marketing coverage for our manufacturers in the states of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Michigan. Our product lines are geared toward the industrial, welding, construction and woodworking markets. With five outside salesmen, we offer vast product experience from hand tools to power tools to MRO chemicals.  Years of solid working relationships with our distributors have given us the tools we need to introduce new products and to successfully pull through sales.  

Our selling philosophy is to serve not only the manufacturer, but also the distributor with timely sales calls, in depth sales training, product line market planning, and end user calls.  All of this is necessary to achieve the maximum success for our manufacturer and distributor partners.
